Pushing through awkwardness and self doubt

Sandwiched between tortilla-thin moments of inspiration, I struggle as all writers do, with the self critical doubts that nothing I have to say is original or well-written. I write anyway. I can't help myself. It presses from below the surface and demands release.

Global consciousness only grows when we release individual truths that attach to those already known. It takes courage for such release. May we all learn to exercise such courage in gentle ways.
