Eat until you are 80% full.
Okinawans, people known for longevity, follow the tradition of Hara hachi bu. In Japanese, this means "stomach 80%." Stop eating each meal a few bites before you think you will feel full - you'll feel satisfied without overeating.
Not sure I can remember this, but it's a habit worth forming this year. A mid-year resolution...
